A more delicate version than the hardier Winter Savor. Even though it is, as the name implies, considered to be more of a savory herb, I love the leaves and tiny flowers sprinkled over a fruit plate, or tossed with a sweeter salad.

Of course, braising, soups, stews are all good choices with this herb that, to me, provides something of a foundation flavor similarly to thyme. In cooking, it is not going to make a big, provocative flavor change, but it is going to add to the richness of flavor and complexity of almost any dish.

Absolutely love to put the long branches directly under vegetables or fish, for roasting.
