Our Process
Here at Three Sisters Garden, we produce four varieties of dry beans, heirloom white field corn for milling, and a diverse list of summer and winter squashes, ensuring that the three sisters are present on dining tables for as much of the year as possible.
In addition, peppers, tomatoes, melons and watermelons, fresh green and shell beans, onions, green garlic, herbs, and sweet, and baby corn, round out our offerings.

We are a small, tight family at Three Sisters. Depending on each other, finding joy in the day to day, and digging deep, both figuratively and literally, to get the job done. Our little postage stamp farm keeps us all busy, sometimes in over our heads, but we hang tough working to bring uniquely delicious produce into Chicago.
