Garden Cress
A field grown cousin to watercress, Garden Cress has a very similar peppery flavor, deeply lobed leaves, and a very fast growth cycle. Great as a flavorful addition to a sandwich or salad. I particularly like to chop it just a bit and sprinkle onto spring soups.
