Red Mizuna, Ruby Streaks, Fine Leaf Mizuna.
We have been doing this mustard mix for a number of years, adding and subtracting things as we go. I am excited about this grouping, as the textural differences, and visuals will be quite different from what has traditionally been an all red collection for us. Not more than moderately pungent, and wildly visually appealing, this will make a great addition to almost any meal.
