Almost 5" tall x 4.5" at belly, 3" at lip. Keep in mind that I grew up in the very deep south, essentially at the marshy edge of the Gulf of Mexico, where oysters are prolific, and not only consumed, but the shells are used as a replacement for gravel, which is not widely available from anywhere nearby. I speak from experience when I say that falling on gravel is a much less painful experience, as oyster shells are quite sharp. In truth, there are a number of shapes in this piece that bring those shells to mind, but one stands out for me in particular.
